1. Introduction
These Payment Plan Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to customers purchasing a watch from Timestrapco on a payment plan. By entering into a payment plan, you (“Customer”) agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
Customers must be 18 years or older and provide valid identification.
A non-refundable deposit of 20-25% of the total watch price is required to secure the watch.

3. Payment Terms
The total amount is payable in X instalments over X weeks/months. (These will be agreed prior to sale to ensure they suit both parties)
Payments must be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card.
The watch remains the property of Timestrapco until full payment is received.

4. Late or Missed Payments
If a payment is not made on time, a late fee of 5% will be charged.
If payments are missed and not made within 5-7 business days, we reserve the right to
cancel the plan and retain any amounts paid.
Any refunds on canceled plans are at our discretion.

5. Ownership & Delivery
The watch will only be released to the customer once full payment has been received.
If the customer fails to complete payments, ownership remains with us, and the watch will be resold.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable.
Payments made towards the plan will not be refunded, depending on circumstances.
If the customer cancels or fails to complete payments, they forfeit their claim to the watch.

7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify payment terms with prior notice.
If we suspect fraud or misuse, we may terminate the plan immediately.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by UK law, and disputes will be handled in UK courts.
