1. Introduction
Welcome to Timestrapco. These Terms and Conditions govern the buying, selling, and trading of watches through our platform, including our website timestrapco.co.uk, social media, and in-person transactions. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy, sell, or trade a watch with us.
By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into a binding contract.
3. Selling or Trading Watches to Us
You must have full ownership of the watch and confirm it is authentic and free from financial obligations, disputes, or theft.
We reserve the right to request proof of purchase, service history, or additional
documentation.
After an initial valuation, we may adjust our offer following a physical inspection. Any revised offer must be accepted before proceeding.
If a watch is found to be counterfeit or misrepresented, we reserve the right to refuse purchase and may take legal action.
4. Buying Watches from Us
All watches sold by us are authentic and, where applicable, come with relevant documentation (e.g., original box, papers, service records).
Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at checkout.
We make every effort to describe watches accurately, but minor discrepancies in condition
may occur. (Please look over the photos closely as they make up part of the description of our watches)
5. Payment Terms
Payments for purchases must be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal, or cash. Payments for watches sold to us will be made via bank transfer (or cash if local and your preferred method) within 24 hours after the watch passes inspection.
6. Returns & Refunds
Pre-owned watches: We offer a 30 return policy if the watch is significantly not as described. The watch must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as supplied to you, and with all included accessories.
Custom or modified watches are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3 – 4 business days after receiving the returned item.
