Warranty and returns policy

Warranty Coverage:

All watches sold by Timestrapco come with a 3 months limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap damage).
Accidental damage, misuse, or water damage (unless stated as water-resistant).
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If your watch has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at aidan@timestrapco.co.uk with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the watch is:
Unworn and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Free of any damage or signs of wear.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

Contact us at aidan@timestrapco.co.uk to initiate/request a return. (returns will not be accepted without prior discussion)
Ship the item back to us. (return shipping is covered by the customer)
Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 – 7 business days.
