At TimeStrapCo Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it in accordance with the policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
