Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This premium service includes:

• Full tracking
• Next working day delivery
• Signature upon delivery
• Compensation cover (insurance) up to the full value of the item

Shipping Cost

We offer free UK shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 – 3 business days after payment is received and cleared. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a collection card or attempt redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the item from the local delivery office.

Insurance & Liability

All shipments are insured for their full value. Once your item has been dispatched and tracking information provided, Timestrapco is no longer liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
