2. Products & Authenticity
2.1 All watches sold are guaranteed authentic.
2.2 Products are subject to availability. If unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.
2.3 Product images are for illustration. Minor cosmetic variations may occur.
2.4 Watches may be pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are in GBP (£).
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
3.3 Full payment is required before dispatch.
3.4 We accept approved debit/credit cards and payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Orders & Acceptance
4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
4.2 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

5.2 Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and documentation.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
6. Returns & Faulty Goods
6.1 If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6.2 You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
6.3 We may request photographic evidence.
6.4 Refunds or replacements will be issued following inspection.
7. Selling Your Watch to Us
7.1 All valuations are provisional until inspection.
7.2 Final offers may differ based on condition and authentication results.
7.3 Payment will be made once authenticity and condition are verified.
7.4 We reserve the right to refuse any watch submitted for sale.
8. Watch Sourcing Service
8.1 We may source watches upon request.
8.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required.
8.3 Special-order or sourced watches may be non-refundable unless faulty.
9. Liability
9.1 We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, branding, and text remain the property of Timestrapco Ltd and may not be copied without written permission.
